On March 12, 2013 I went to KFC in Mount Dora, Florida, Store#W750268. I bought the 8 piece special with 2 side for $17.11. I started fixing me and my husband's plate and saw that there were no breast, so I checked my ticket to make sure it was suppose to be breast. The ticket read 2-breast,2-Thighs,2-Drumsticks, and 2-Wings, so I called the restaurant to complain to the manager on duty, Carl who was the manager on duty told me the ticket said no breast, I told him that was untrue because that's all I like is the breast. He told me he would refund my money, but I better bring the chicken back. First of all I think I'm the customer and he made the mistake, so he should have tried to resolve the issue,I brought the plates that we had fix and the chicken back. I gave him the ticket and he took the money from the register and said here with an attitude, first of all I should never had to get up from my table and drive all the way back up there, The issue should have been resolved without me having to leave home. He decided on his on what kind of chicken he would give me. All he had to do was tell me he did not have any breast at that time and I would have waited. I should have known it was going to be a problem, because they were playing in the kitchen, the cashier was laughing while trying to take my order, she apologized when I got to the window. The ticket said lance waited on me, but it was a young lady that took my order.This incident happened at 7:32pm, Ticket#1069.
I have never had this problem before, but you have to be careful who you have representing your store as a manager, because he is not ready he could not even give me corporates number (WOW). But I'm very educated I have my own business so you have to be careful how you treat people and who you have representing your stores.

April 8, 2013 I went to the KFC on Pacific Ave Stockton, Ca and order an 8 piece meal with and extra side of mac n cheese. When I returned home and started dishing the meal out, there were no breasts in the bucket. All thighs, wings and 1I leg. I was aslo missing my side of mac n cheese. If your going to substituted crap pieces for breasts, thhe customer should be told and pay less for the meal. This is the third time this has happened. Calling the manager is no help, they could care less if the customer is ripped off. I should have kept driving when the girl at the window tried to charge me 53.20 for an 8 piece meal thta is 23.00.. Should have gone to Mc. Donalds for a chicken wrap.

My husband and I just used a coupon to try the new bonesless and
skinless chicken. We have always liked the original recipe, which
this is supposed to be. I have never tasted anything so salty and
peppery and this chicken was. We were truly disappointed!!

I went to KFC located at 4107 Mountain Rd Pasadenba Md 21122 .
I ordered two pices of chicken one( 1) breast one (1) wing . to go
and may I have senior discount. the clerk pachaged the chicken and said $5.71 .. wow Isaid are you sure of that price (?????) ,he said yes that is correct, wow I said just two pieces of chicken $$5.71 and that included $.50 senior disc.
when I got home I was appaled at the size of the pieces of chicken,I am feeding birds at our bird feeders outside in our yard that have larger breast and wings than the two pieces of chicken I received. I really feel I was grossly over charged and the chicken was far to small to being sold, if they were crabs KFC would be fined for selling too small items. I find it hard to believe this is the KFC normal. my ticket # was 276 store # f428024 05/24/13

This is just to let you know that one of your associates at the Beech Shopping Center in Peekskill, NY was extremely courteous, helpful, pleasant and served us with a smile. It was such a pleasure to be waited on by him. His name is Dwayne. Too many people take the time to write complaints, but this young man should be commended for his great attitude. I just left the drive thru of your store locate on singing hills in sioux city iowa... Wile my order was being taken the "manager" was rude and displeasing looking.... My wifr had ordered a 4.99 meal deal with mashed potatoes and gravy and asked for some extra gravy. The rude manager was like.. I cant put any more gravy on the potatoes... Theres no roon.... You know my experiance on the customer service thing... The customer always come first and they are always right... But due to the manager at the location i just left from i do not believe i will be returning to any stores after that kind of treatment
